How do I select items to purchase?

As you browse through the Shoppingworthy Online Store, click on the “add to shopping cart” button beneath the items that you wish to purchase.

How do I know what is in my shopping cart?

When browsing through Shoppingworthy, simply look to the right-side of the screen to see which items you have in your shopping cart.  Use the arrows to move between items in your cart.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

Click the “remove” check box and click “modify cart” to remove that item from your cart. You may also change the quantity of items to “0” (zero) to remove the item from your shopping cart.

How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?

Click on “view shopping cart” to see an itemized list of the products in your shopping cart. Change the quantity of the item and click “update cart” to update the contents of your shopping cart.

How do I empty out my shopping cart?

To remove items from your shopping cart click on “view cart”, check the “remove” box for each item that you would like to remove from your shopping cart and then click on “update”.

How do I pay for my merchandise?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Discover for online orders, subject to proper authorization. If you wish to pay by another method, simply submit your request via email without any payment information to: support@sleepworldintl.com, and we will contact you to make arrangements for payment.

How do I know that Shoppingworthy has received my order?

Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order was successfully submitted. Please make certain that the email address you provide is correct. Upon processing, we will send you an additional email message confirming your order with applicable taxes and shipping charges calculated, and a shipping order number for your records.

What is shoppingworthy’s return policy and who do I contact regarding returns?

If for some reason you need to return an item to shoppingworthy please email the details of your particular situation to: support@sleepworldintl.com.

How safe is my information and credit card number?

Your information is very safe at shoppingworthy.com and we take site and data security as a serious issue. The shoppingworthy.com website uses 128-bit encryption to ensure that your data is secure.

When you entered your credit card in our store, only the last four digits of your card are visible on the site. Even you (or anyone who logs in as you) cannot access the details of your credit card from our store.

Is it Compulsory to Sign up for purchasing any product on shoppingworthy.com/us?

No, it is not compulsory to sign up or to create an account to buy products. You can also purchase your selected products as a guest user.

I'm trying to register a new account or check out and my country is not listed. Why?

If your country is not listed in the drop-down, you reside in a country that is possibly under embargo and we cannot register accounts or ship to parties residing in countries embargoed.  Please contact us using the information below.

In addition, you may not see your country listed when you’re attempting to change your billing address from one country to another. If so, please contact us for assistance and we’ll gladly help you update your information.

What is the standard order fulfillment time?

We strive to shipping in 1, 2, or 3 business days based on where your package starts and where it’s being sent.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs for orders from Shoppingworthy depend upon the shipping methods and options you choose. Expedited handling and overnight delivery cost more than shipping for items that are not urgent. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Which shipping carriers does Shoppingworthy.com/us use?

We use a USPS (United States Postal Services)  for each shipment.

How can I track delivery of my package?

For most orders, you can track the progress of your delivery from the Shoppingworthy Web site. To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What if my package was returned to Shoppingworthy as "undeliverable?"

Occasionally packages are returned to Shoppingworthy as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We cannot reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order.

Why was my package undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to Shoppingworthy by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
  • Illegible Shipping Label. In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts the carrier determines that the package is undeliverable, the package will be returned to Shoppingworthy.
  • Refused by Recipient. If the recipient of the package refuses delivery, the package will be returned to Shoppingworthy and determined undeliverable.
